1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made through our website or via our official WhatsApp number.
You must provide accurate details including your name, contact number, number of guests, preferred date, and pickup location.
Bookings should be made at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability.
After your booking request, our team will contact you to confirm your tour and provide final details.
2. Payment Policy
We accept payments in AED (Dirhams) through:
Cash on pickup
Bank transfer
Online payment
Some tours may require advance payment or a small deposit for confirmation, especially during peak season or group bookings.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour time, no refund will be provided.
In case of no-shows, late arrivals, or incorrect information provided during booking, no refunds will be given.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
4. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information.
We only collect data such as your name, email, phone number, and pickup details to manage your bookings and communicate with you.
Your data is stored securely and is never shared or sold to any third party.
We use this information only to:
Confirm and manage your bookings.
Send important updates or offers (only if you agree).

You may not misuse this website by providing false information, spamming, or attempting to hack any part of the system.
